Return and Exchange Policy
All frames are guaranteed to be defect-free and authentic. We will replace any defective or damaged items to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Return/Exchange Policy

If the items you ordered are defective in any way, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving the package and we will process an exchange for you free of charge.

We will also allow a one-time exchange for another frame if you are unhappy with your initial selection. Shipping charges in both directions will apply please provide a check or money order in the amount of $9.95 for processing. Store credit will be issued in place of a refund if there is a price difference. we will not credit back your credit card if a lower priced item is selected, store credit only. To utilize the store credit orders MUST be placed over the phone. Any exchange must be done within 7 days after order is received.

All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be requested within 5 business days and post-marked within ten business days of original delivery. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging, lens envelopes and certificates of authenticity. The cost of prescription lenses are not refundable. Whenever possible we will try to reuse the existing lenses and reinstall them into the new frame at no charge. Please be advised that we can only process an exchange for the lenses if you include the lens envelopes that arrived with the order. The replacement cost of the plastic lenses are $14.95 plus the cost of any additional coatings. Please include a check or money order made to out to "Optical Store" to cover the return shipping. We are UNABLE to ship with a customer's own label as we CANNOT be held accountable if the item is lost or stolen. International customers will be responsible for shipping cost related to the exchange in the amount of $34.95 and may be made via credit card payment. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.

All non-deliverable and refused items are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $20 whichever is greater. LENSES WILL NOT BE CREDITED AS THEY CANNOT BE REUSED.

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it without paying any cancellation or restocking fees. If the order is canceled after 2 hours, a cancellation fee of $20 dollars will be required. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned and a restocking fee may apply.
Custom Lenses
Prescription lenses and custom non-prescription lenses are non-refundable. If we are at fault then we will redo the work at our own expense. In all other cases we will not be able to cover these costs. Please confirm all information before releasing it to us. We strongly recommend that all prescriptions are emailed or faxed to us to eliminate any possibilities of errors.

Contact Lenses
Unopened, undamaged and unmarked contact lenses may be returned to us for exchange under the terms described in our Exchange Policy. Contact lens orders are non-refundable.
